This is the terrifying moment a masked gunman opens fire on a vendor in a Queens deli with a handgun, before coming back and shooting him with an AR-15 rifle.

Donnie Hudson, 35, walked into the Express Deli in South Ozone Park, Queens, on Wednesday afternoon, where he shot the shopkeeper multiple times.

He rained bullets down on the 47-year-old man, who miraculously survived the attack despite being shot repeatedly, and was hit in the eye.

The footage shows the assailant in the store two hours earlier, appearing to collect the mail before calmly leaving.

Hudson, described as “calm and quiet” by his victim’s nephew, returned at 2:30 p.m. and discharged his .40 caliber Smith and Wesson pistol at the store worker in front of three terrified customers.

The gunman then retrieved a larger automatic weapon, raised it on the counter, and pulled the trigger several times in the direction of the shopkeeper, known as Sami.

Sami can be heard screaming and crying after being shot in the face, falling to the ground behind the counter, and bleeding during the 2:30 p.m. incident.

The footage shows him crouched in a corner while being shot with the machine gun before managing to make a call on his phone.

Police confirmed that Hudson lives above the Rockaway Express Deli near 114th Street and was taken into custody after the shooting.

He allegedly told officers that employees at the deli had been burglarizing his home after his arrest on suspicion of attempted murder.

A second 27-year-old man sustained a wrist injury and both were treated at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.

Sami’s nephew, Mehanad Kaid, told DailyMail.com: ‘A man came in and shot my uncle a couple of times with a pistol from very close. He was beaten.

‘The guy went out and then came back with a bigger gun and took a couple more shots.

“I didn’t know the shooter on a personal level, but I had seen him a couple of times before, he was very calm and very meek.

‘I never expected this. My uncle Sami is still in the hospital recovering and we are struggling to repair the store.

“We opened 24 hours later yesterday, and I’m here trying to help you as much as I can.”

Since then, Kaid has established a GoFundMe for his uncle to help pay his medical bills and repair the damage done to his store.

Hudson has been charged with attempted murder, criminal possession of a machine gun, criminal possession of a loaded firearm, criminal possession of an ammunition magazine, criminal possession of a high-capacity ammunition feeding device, and unlawful possession of the ammo feed.
