Moment Florida woman is arrested ‘for having lesbian threesome in pool in front of children’ – with her mom then KISSING her as she’s arrested by cops

Shocking bodycam footage shows the moment a Florida woman is arrested for allegedly having a lesbian threesome at a public pool in front of children.

The woman, who told officers her name was Julianna, was filmed receiving a kiss on the cheek from her mother on June 14, 2023, before being taken to jail. Bodycam footage of the incident first surfaced last week.

Julianna and her two friends, who fled the scene before police arrived, were reportedly seen naked in a pool while performing oral sex on each other at an undisclosed housing complex in St Lucie, Florida.

An employee took photographs of the women as they committed the crime after a concerned mother told him what had allegedly happened.

When officers from the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office arrived, Julianna was arrested. Her stunned boyfriend, with whom she lives in the complex, was speechless.

The bizarre incident began when officers pulled up to the complex and spoke to a blonde woman who said she was the property manager.

He walks to her car as she shows him photos of the women she received from an employee.

The officer then drove his car further into the complex as Julianna, dressed in a black swimsuit, shorts and long red braids, walked towards him.

He asks her, “You guys just got out of the pool?”

She scratched her head and said, “No,” and then walked away from him.

The officer then asked her to come back as she continued walking to the ice cream truck.

He followed her and said, “Okay, so you want to get arrested?”

“Arrested for what?” she shouted at him, the footage shows.

She continued to repeat the question as the officer grabbed her arms, placed her arms behind her back and placed handcuffs on her wrists.

“I’m here to investigate, I told you to come here,” he told her.

“Arrested for what?” the girls continued.

“I told you to come here. If you don’t listen to me, I’m here for a legitimate reason,” the officer said as he placed the handcuffs on her.

He then told her she was being arrested “for disorderly conduct.”

Two men walked toward the officer and Julianna when the officer ordered them to back off.

“What did she do?” a man in a black T-shirt asked the officer.

Julianna is then taken to the passenger side of the patrol car, as he explains to her that she ignored his request to approach him just minutes earlier.

The officer then opened the door and placed the woman in the chair as she asked, “What’s going on?”

He then told her to sit down, while she continued to ask why she was being arrested. Then he said, “Get in the car!”

The woman sucked her teeth and continued to argue with him.

“You didn’t tell me what was going on, and you didn’t tell me what my rights were,” she said.

As she screamed, he pushed her into the car and then slammed the door in her face.

The two men are filmed walking towards the officer, with one of them saying, “That’s my girlfriend and stuff.”

They are here in the pool [performing oral sex] “Bruh, in front of kids. I got pictures of it,” the officer told the man.

Another officer said, “That’s a packer.”

Her boyfriend told the officer he “understands” why she was arrested.

The arresting officer then attempted to speak to Julianna and ask her name, but she appeared extremely agitated and hostile.

“She told us to leave and we did. And what you just told them, we didn’t do in front of children, so lie again,” she told him.

After she finally gave the officer her name, the other officer’s bodycam captured the administrator explaining the inappropriate incident.

She showed officers more photos of Julianna and the two women, which the officer described as “outright pornography.”

The property manager told the officer that when she approached the women with the photos, they said it was “strange” that she had them with her.

She told the officer that she had said to the women at the time: “The strange thing is that you are not sensible enough to realise that you are in a public place and that there are children there.”

In another clip, the employee who caught the woman explains exactly what happened before filling out a statement for the officers.

Eventually, Julianna’s mother arrived on the scene and asked the officers what was going on.

When her mother heard what her daughter had been arrested for, she, dressed in jean shorts and a black KISS T-shirt, looked at Julianna’s boyfriend and said, “Call her dad, she needs a lawyer.”

She then asked if she could speak to her daughter as the officers escorted her to the car.

“Just tell me where the f*** these bastards are,” the mother said to her daughter.

“What you’ll learn the hard way is that if a jerk can’t stay here when he gets in trouble, he’s not good friends,” she added.

Her mother continued talking to her and then asked the officers if she could remove her daughter’s jewelry before taking her to the station.

As her mother took off her rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings, she gave them to Julianna’s boyfriend to hold.

Julianna protested, “I have a case that’s still open. I can’t just be accused of nothing.”

Her mother told her daughter that she only received fines because Julianna kept complaining about a “program” she was on.

“Well, at the end of the day I’ll make sure you follow a few programs,” her mother said.

When Julianna got back into the car, her mother kissed her on the cheek and told her to “be respectful” and “shut up.” The clip ends.

Julianna was arrested for a sexual offense: unnatural and indecent acts, resisting arrest without violence, and public indecent display.
