Moment Diddy lets out creepy laugh as he invites a 13-year-old Daveigh Chase to a party in resurfaced video amid latest sex abuse allegations

Resurfaced video shows the moment Diddy let out a creepy laugh as he invited a 13-year-old child actress to an after-party in 2003.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs invites The Ring actress Daveigh Chase to a party for an MTV event, after presenting her with an award on stage.

“Are you coming to the afterparty tonight?” he says in the video. Diddy was at the VMAs to co-host the Best Villain category with Ashton Kutcher, which Chase won.

He laughs chillingly when Chase agrees to come.

The clip has resurfaced amid shocking and separate allegations from an individual who claims she was raped by Diddy and another unnamed male celebrity at a VMA after-party three years earlier, when she was 13.

Chase has not commented on the resurfaced video and there is no indication that anything untoward happened at the 2003 afterparty.

Diddy cheered Chase on on stage as she gave her acceptance speech for her win in the Best Villain category.

She won the award for her performance in The Ring.

She was later photographed with Diddy and Kutcher at the VH1 Big In ’03 event.

The video resurfaced amid separate allegations from an unnamed woman that she was raped at the rapper’s home in 2000.

Diddy denies all allegations against him. He is currently in jail awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

He is accused of drugging and raping victims as young as nine years old.

His lawyers told DailyMail.com that he has ‘never sexually assaulted anyone’ and said the latest ‘barrage of allegations’ were nothing more than ‘obvious attempts to garner publicity’.

The accuser alleges that an unnamed male celebrity also raped her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity watched.

She was 13 at the time and went to Radio City Music Hall without a ticket, hoping to sneak into the event.

She was unsuccessful but met Diddy’s driver who told her to come back after the show.

She claims the driver took her “a 20-minute drive” to a “large white house with an enclosed U-shaped driveway.”

Once inside, the woman claims she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

She says she saw “a lot” of celebrities in the house and that there was “widespread” cocaine and marijuana use.

‘[She] accepted a drink, a reddish-yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice,” and then felt “woozy.”

Diddy’s annual Labor Day ‘White Party’ was known for being crazy and often getting out of hand, with neighbors often calling the police to complain about noise

“Looking for a place to rest, plaintiff entered what she believed was an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a while,” the 19-page legal document reads.

Shortly afterwards, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room.

“Combs aggressively approached plaintiff with a crazy look in his eye, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party!’

“Combs then threw Plaintiff to another male celebrity, Celebrity A, who removed Plaintiff’s clothes as she became increasingly disoriented.

“Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a woman, watched.

“After the male celebrity finished, Combs vaginally raped Plaintiff while Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched.

“Combs attempted to force plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by punching Combs in the neck; he stopped.’

No further information is given about the unnamed celebrities.

Combs’ White Parties and other events were infamous at the time, often drawing large A-list crowds.

According to the lawsuit, the victim eventually escaped from the after-party venue.

She later fell into a “deep depression that continues to affect every facet of her life,” the lawsuit reads.

Diddy attended the 2000 VMAs with then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez. She is not named in the lawsuit.

It came amid a slew of new allegations against the rapper.

In the past week alone, Tony Buzbee has filed twelve lawsuits on behalf of alleged Diddy victims, both male and female, seeking damages.

Buzbee said that while some of the alleged abuse occurred more than two decades ago, as early as 2000, “most of the events described occurred in 2022.”

“The egregious conduct detailed in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas,” he said.

All plaintiffs will be anonymous, as will the first six whose lawsuits were filed last week.

Buzbee is serving as lead counsel on the litigation through his Buzbee Law Firm practice in Houston, with AVA Law Group in California and Curis Law in New York assisting.

The lawyer said last week that a hotline he set up for victims and witnesses of Diddy and his associates received 12,000 calls within 24 hours.

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said he expects lawsuits to be filed within the next month, with most expected to be filed in New York and Los Angeles.

His team gathered enough evidence to file 120 lawsuits against the rapper, and announced this at a press conference three weeks ago.

Of the 120 alleged victims, 25 were minors at the time of the abuse, the youngest were 9, 14, 15 years old.

Diddy’s lawyers maintain that the hip-hop mogul is not guilty of the charges.

“Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, as false and defamatory,” Combs’ attorney Erica Wolff told DailyMail.com.

“He looks forward to proving his innocence and defending himself in court, where the truth will be determined on the basis of evidence, not speculation.”
