This is the moment creepy-looking black shapes appear to slide through the sky above East London, leaving a grandmother ‘speechless’.

Marie Noel, 59, was at her home in Walthamstow, east London, on December 26 when she heard birds squawking, which she said was unusual.

‘The birds made a lot of noises. I feed the birds and know that they normally don’t make these kinds of noises at two in the morning. Normally they sleep,” she told MailOnline.

This made the foster carer restless and she decided to see for herself what the cause of this was.

She got out and started filming the sky, just in case she saw something.

The video shows very small black shadows flying through the air before a larger one flies closer to the camera.

The mum-of-four said: ‘I initially started recording but didn’t see anything so I turned it off.

‘I filmed again and at the time I didn’t see it at first, it wasn’t until I watched the video that I saw the two things.

“But then I saw the big one and I didn’t even know what it was. It didn’t look right and didn’t resemble a machine or a person. It was some kind of creature.

‘I saw it with my own eyes and the only thing I can describe it was like a tadpole. He didn’t make a sound.’

The grandmother-of-three said she was “speechless” when she watched the video on her phone and could only find one explanation.

She said: ‘It was an alien, that’s my explanation, I can’t think of anything else it could be. It wasn’t a person or a machine, so I don’t know. It didn’t look like fog either.

‘It looked like the dementors from Harry Potter, that’s what it reminds me of. I wasn’t scared, but it just left me speechless.

‘I had heard of things appearing in the sky, but that had never happened to me. I’d never seen anything like it before.’

It comes after a US military witness with more than 25 years of experience revealed his own nighttime encounter with a UFO, which lit up his campsite and ‘made absolutely no sound’.

The event took place less than a month before a senior ex-Pentagon counter-intelligence official, Luis Elizondo, testified before Congress and accused US government actors of secretly working to “hide the fact that we are not alone in the cosmos.’

The panic over the drones started in Britain when mysterious lights were spotted over RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk, which is intended to store US nuclear warheads three times more powerful than the Hiroshima bomb.

“When I zoomed in on the photo to see if it looked like an airplane or a helicopter, it definitely didn’t.”

Meanwhile, Rebecca Cardwell, from Blackpool, said she saw what she described as ‘slow moving lights’ at around 7pm on October 19.

The town is just 15 minutes from Weeton Barracks, which recently became home to the First Battalion of the Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment.

She said: ‘I opened my bedroom window at around 7pm and saw slow moving bright orange flames or objects flying overhead in procession.

“I’ve never seen anything like it and took some pictures.”
