A mother has admitted she ‘regrets her baby name’ and is considering changing her four-month-old son’s name.
The unnamed mother of two took to Reddit to confess she had doubts about her son’s name.
She revealed that her and her husband’s first son is named Milo and she thought Myles would be the perfect name for their second child.
However, four months later, she wonders if she likes his name.
In a thread titled, Parentingthe mother begged people online for advice, noting that she didn’t want to “feel ashamed or judged for changing his name after four months.”

The message was captioned: ‘Name regrets after four months.’
She explained, “I kind of regret the baby name, I think. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you go back and change it legally?’
The mother noted that she has not yet been able to decide whether to change her son’s name.
She revealed that although her husband has no regrets, she struggled to figure it out.
“I’ve been going back and forth with his name for the past week. Dad doesn’t regret it, but says if it really affects me, we can change it. I don’t really have any idea what to change it to.
“I just don’t want to feel embarrassed or judged for changing his name after four months,” she added.
At the end of the post, she revealed that her son’s name was Myles, while her older child’s name was Milo.
