“I just think it’s humbling when you put in a lot of effort and still look like a hot mess.”

She continued, “It’s definitely a journey, one that I don’t find particularly easy, but I always knew the second I got pregnant, accepting that post-baby, my body wasn’t going to happen overnight.”

‘I’ll get there. I hope I fall in love with a healthy, balanced lifestyle again soon.

“It’s hard for me to look at myself naked in the mirror and think, ‘You look great’ or ‘I love my body.’

“I’m trying to erase it and I totally accept it, but it doesn’t mean I love it and it doesn’t mean I’m happy with it and I know I can be much happier.”
