Molly-Mae Hague makes candid confession about how daughter Bambi, 23 months, ‘hurts her feelings’ with new ‘concerning’ behaviour – as she gives insight into co-parenting with ex Tommy Fury
Molly-Mae Haag has opened up about her daughter Bambi’s new “worrying” behavior.
The former Love Island star, 25, took to her YouTube channel on Thursday to update fans on life with her 23-month-old toddler – who she shares with ex Tommy Fury.
Looking glum, Molly-Mae admitted that morale was low as she revealed that Bambi had developed a habit of punching her in the face.
“She’s a bit short-tempered and flaky and she keeps doing this where when I’m in front of her she goes up to my face and grabs my face really hard,” Molly-Mae admitted.
‘Yesterday she left a nail print on my face from where she grabbed me. She keeps grabbing my neck, squeezing so hard and digging her nails into it.”
The TV personality said the behavior had hurt her feelings and left her concerned about why Bambi did it and where she learned it.

Speaking to fans, Molly-Mae confessed: ‘Bambi is just, she’s hurt my feelings a bit the last two days and this morning it was a bit frustrating too.’
Molly-Mae told fans how her day had started on a positive note, saying: ‘She went to nursery this morning and this was the first time she went in without tears, she went in very happy, very excited to be there, so that was really positive. She has settled in so well in daycare now.
“She literally only does this one day a week, but it’s just to get her used to being around other kids and not being at home all the time, so that’s really good.”
But then the influencer opened up about Bambi’s “worrying” behavior, adding, “Yesterday she left a nail print in my face from where she grabbed me.” She keeps grabbing my neck and squeezing so hard and digging her nails into it.
“She knows she’s doing it to hurt, which is so bizarre. Then, as soon as I tell her that that’s not okay and that we can’t hurt people, she just laughs and does it again.
“I can’t seem to make her understand at this point that she can’t hurt me. Yesterday, last night and this morning she just keeps doing it.’
Molly-Mae added: ‘Every time I’m in front of her she just goes towards me, scratches me, hits me, it’s really quite worrying so that’s why my morale is a bit low this morning.
‘I’ve spoken to a few different people and the advice people give me is all different. Someone said it’s best if she does it, you ignore it completely, to not pay attention to it, because she’s doing it for attention, she’s doing it for a reaction.

“So if you don’t give her a response, she thinks, ‘That didn’t accomplish anything, so I’m going to stop.’
But Molly-Mae said she struggles with the idea of pretending nothing happened after being hit by Bambi.
“I don’t know if this has any consequences, she needs to sit in her crib for a minute or a time out, or we start introducing the naughty step, but she’s not even two yet, she doesn’t understand,” she added .
‘She understands the word ‘No’ and she knows what she’s doing because she’s doing it on purpose to get a reaction.
‘That’s why I’m feeling a bit empty this morning, because obviously it’s just not fun. I really want to raise her to be a very kind, gentle person who would never do something like that.”
