Molly-Mae Hague hits back at concerns over not covering her daughter’s head in the sun: ‘I’d like to know how any mother is putting a hat on their 11-month-old!’
Molly Mae Haag dismissed concerns about her decision not to put a sun hat on her daughter Bambi.
The influencer, 24, recently returned from a luxury trip with her fiancé Tommy Fury, also 24, and their daughter Bambi.
In photos shared during the trip, Bambi did not appear to be wearing a sun hat and Molly-Mae’s followers voiced their concerns.
According to Molly-Mae, fans questioned Molly-Mae about this and the former PrettyLittleThing creative director responded in a YouTube vlog, posted on Saturday.
She said: ‘I get so many comments: ‘You don’t put a sun hat on Bambi, you don’t put a hat on her, you expose her to the sun.’

Molly-Mae took photos and videos during the trip, and fans noticed Bambi wasn’t wearing sun hats
Molly-Mae asked: ‘I would like to know how a mother puts a hat on her eleven month old child? I don’t understand it physically. Even one with a string underneath or as a tie.
“She’ll get so upset if I put one on her, and just cry and cry until I take it off.” So yes, we experienced the hat showers on this trip.”
Comments about Bambi’s headgear were no longer visible at the time of publication.
The young family started their journey in the Maldives, where they spent New Year’s Eve before concluding it in Dubai.
Molly revealed that the luxury holiday was originally intended as a romantic getaway for her and Tommy, as the pair struggle to find time to spend alone together.
She confessed that the couple hasn’t had any “intimate, fun, quality adult time” since Bambi was born in January 2023, but still chose to bring Bambi along.
The family flew first class and when they reached the Maldives they stayed at the £4,300-a-night Ritz-Carlton, a global luxury hotel and resort chain.
Their waterfront pad had a private pool, with a double lounger and a king size bed overlooking the Maldives sea.

The trip comes after the pair caused concern among fans following Tommy’s wild nights out, including in Dubai, late last year
The trip comes after the pair caused concern among fans following Tommy’s wild nights out, including in Dubai, late last year.
Amid claims she was ‘mortified’ by his partying behaviour, Molly-Mae was spotted with and without her £600,000 engagement ring several times.
However, it looks like the couple has put all that behind them as they looked relaxed and in love in all the photos and videos.
Molly-Mae and Tommy met on the 2019 series of Love Island, where they finished in second place behind Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea.
