She is currently expecting her first child, a girl, with boyfriend Tommy Fury.
And Molly-Mae Hague gave an insight into her relationship with the boxer on Thursday when she admitted that many people “think we have a terrible sex life.”
But explaining that it “couldn’t be as bad” as they currently expected, the influencer started talking about sex after her diagnosis of endometriosis, which she previously described as “unbearable.”
‘People think we have a horrible sex life’: Pregnant Molly-Mae Hague, 23, opens up about intimacy with Tommy Fury in new YouTube video
Molly-Mae shared a video on her YouTube channel documenting her day as she and Tommy spent the night at a Manchester hotel.
As she prepared to watch a movie in bed, the mother-to-be explained, “I’m going to bed now. Tommy is going to give me some love and care, because I haven’t had that in a while.’
As the sportsman grinned and replied, “I’m going to give you some TLC.”
“My dad is watching these videos!” Molly-Mae replied, giggling, her beauty making the point, “Well, we’ve got a bun in the oven, so it’s not like your dad doesn’t know what we’re planning to watch these videos on.”

Molly-Mae continued: ‘One thing I saw on the internet was, ‘If Molly is pregnant, that means Molly and Tommy did it”
“Well, how do they feel about living and being together for three and a half years?” asked Tommy.
But explaining that many people find their sex life “horrible,” she continued: “I think it’s because I once said in a video that sex is really painful because of my endimetriosis, which is not a lie, but I think she thinks just that we have a really horrible sex life!
“But listen, we made a baby, so it can’t be that bad, can it? I’m going now because this is getting a little X-rated,” Molly-Mae ended.
Confused: When they said that fans think they don’t have sex, Tommy asked, “Well, what will they think about living and being together in three and a half years?”
To put things straight: “I think it’s because I once said in a video that sex is really painful because of my endimetriosis, which is not a lie, but I think they just think we have a really terrible sex life!” replied Molly-Mae
Earlier this year, the Love Island star opened up about her battle with endimetriosis in her book Becoming Molly-Mae, explaining that her relationship with Tommy was causing health problems.
Admitting that their sex life “didn’t exist” as her pain grew, Molly-Mae wrote: “Before I was with Tommy, I didn’t really have sex, so I didn’t really think there were any problems other than my period pain.”
But she said: ‘I was in terrible pain – literally feeling like I had been stabbed in the stomach – just terrible. And it caused so many problems for me.

Happy news: Molly-Mae also got some support when she announced her pregnancy news in September, as it is known that it is harder to conceive if you have endometriosis
‘Big TMI! But my sex life just became non-existent: it just wasn’t part of our relationship.’
She also recalled calling an ambulance almost several times when her period pains became too much.
The former Love Islander first spoke about her diagnosis last year and has boldly shown scars from surgeries she’s undergone to relieve her symptoms.
Endometriosis causes tissue similar to the endometrium to grow in various organs around the body.
Tissue buildup may be minimal, but in the most painfully severe cases, it can cause scarring that fuses organs together because of the time it takes for cells to leave the body after they thicken during the menstrual cycle.

She and Tommy broke the news by posting a heartfelt video to their respective Instagram accounts, with the latter kissing his girlfriend’s growing belly.
And when they told them it was a girl, they burst a balloon to find out – it exploded with pink confetti.
Speaking on her YouTube channel in a pre-recorded video, Molly-Mae explained that she would be six months when she announced the baby news — hinting at a late December/early January due date.
