Molly-Mae Hague admits she experienced her ‘lowest lows’ during split from Tommy Fury and shares emotional message about daughter Bambi
Molly-Mae Haag has revealed she experienced some of her ‘lowest lows’ in 2024 when she split from fiancé Tommy Fury.
The Love Island stars, both 25, split this summer and are now co-parenting their daughter Bambi, and sharing Christmas Day with her.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Molly-Mae wished her followers the best for 2025 as she reflected on the “emotional rollercoaster” she experienced last year.
She wrote: ‘Happy New Year everyone. I keep trying to write down how I feel about 2024, but honestly I can’t quite find the words [laughing emoji]?’
“It’s been such a whirlwind, it’s given me some of the highest highs, but also some of the lowest lows. It has been one big emotional rollercoaster to say the least.”
The influencer, who has been with Tommy since they first met on Love Island in 2019, added that she was feeling positive about the year ahead.

She wrote: “Through it all, the support and love from you all has truly been so comforting. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you here. I have such a positive feeling about 2025. That’s true [Maebe’s] year and I’m so ready for it.’
Molly-Mae then shared a photo of herself with her daughter Bambi in her arms and wrote: ‘One thing is certain about 2024… my love for you grew stronger every day. I’m afraid my heart is exploding these days.”
It comes hours after Tommy said he’s ‘ready’ for 2025 and will continue to ‘work on himself’ as he shared a sweet photo with Bambi.
Tommy admitted that Bambi has ‘kept him going’ after struggling through a ‘tough’ year as he opened up to his 5.2 million followers.
The former reality star was all smiles as he carried his bundle of joy on his shoulders while out and about.
Tommy wrote: “This little one keeps me going every day in 2024… you were tough and taught me a lot.
‘I am more than ready to step into a new year and continue working on myself.’

The couple decided to divide Christmas Day between themselves with their daughter Bambi.
But in her latest YouTube video, Molly-Mae got teary as she said it was her first sad Christmas ever.
“It’s been an emotional rollercoaster this Christmas, as I knew it would be, and that’s fine,” she said.
Molly-Mae said she felt “blessed, after opening up previously: ‘It can be a really sad time of year and I feel like I’ve been so blessed in my life, I’ve never felt this way before at Christmas. , it has always been a very positive time for me.
“But I feel like this is the first Christmas ever where I can really understand what people are talking about when they talk about how it really makes you feel.”
Putting a positive spin on the festive season, Molly-Mae said: ‘But you know what, I’ve had better moments than when I’ve been down and I would really put that down to my amazing family and my amazing sister who never gets enough shoutouts from me.
“Without being lame because we don’t do lame Zoe and I, we’re not those kind of sisters, but I really do have the best sister on the planet.”
She revealed Zoe had canceled their Boxing Day plans to keep her company, saying: ‘There’s nothing she wouldn’t do for me and Bambi and she’s really come through this Christmas.
‘She’s always my pillar of strength and Zoe and Danny had so much to do tonight and I thought, ‘I don’t really want to be here alone tonight, so can you just stay and get me a Chinese’, and they said ‘Yes’, canceled everything they did tonight.
“I have the best family and support system in the world and it’s times like these that you really realize how lucky I am. I have the most wonderful people around me and this Christmas has reminded me of that.’
