“I’m not going to lie, when I got to the ninth paint swatch I wondered if Stuart might regret proposing, but hey, I’m pretty sure he knows what’s in store for him.

‘We go for a neutral wall color and add small personal touches with photos, toys and accessories. I’m sure Stuart will be glad never to see a sample of paint again.’

Mollie revealed that she and Stuart were expecting a baby girl last month, as she shared that their baby was due on November 2.

She said Thank you“It feels weird saying this because we’ve only just told the family, but we’re having a little girl!”

“Our families spent months predicting and guessing the gender of the baby, but it was so nice to have that between us.

The presenter also revealed that she and Stuart have made the decision to postpone their wedding so that their baby can be involved in the nuptials, which they say will be ‘very special’.

In conversation with Fantastic magazine in October, Mollie said, ‘It’s something we’ve wanted for a long time.

“I wouldn’t say I’ve always been broody, but I’ve always wanted a family. It was about the right person and the right time.

“I have five nephews and I love taking care of them, which made me feel like this is what I want. We feel incredibly lucky. I know Stuart will be such a good father – he’s so excited.’

Mollie said she and Stuart, who got engaged in January 2021, are “juggling a lot” and trying to relocate, so they’ve taken a step back from wedding planning for now.

She explained, “I always dreamed of my wedding day. But while all this is going on, it’s, ‘Okay, we’ll do that, but later’.

“We are juggling a lot at the moment. We are also trying to move. It would be nice to have the baby there too. That would be very special.’

The former pop star also opened up about her pregnancy cravings, explaining that while she’s normally “pretty healthy” with her diet, she wanted “pizza, garlic bread and jacket potatoes.”

Although the mom-to-be initially suffered from morning sickness and pregnancy anxiety, she said she felt “pretty normal” but was “definitely more tired” as her due date approached.

Mollie explained that she’s embraced her changing shape over the past few months and enjoyed watching her figure transform from “tomboyish and athletic” to curvaceous as the weeks of her pregnancy progressed.

The TV and radio presenter said she was in ‘nest’ mode as she looked forward to the arrival of her bundle of joy, converting the guest bedroom in the couple’s London flat into a nursery for their baby.

Stuart ruled himself out of the England cricket team’s Test Match series this winter to spend time with Mollie and the couple’s baby.

Mollie and Stuart first met through mutual friends in 2012 but didn’t get together until March 2018.

The couple briefly split five months later, but were spotted back together in February 2019 and confirmed to have reunited the following month.
