Mohamed Salah was seen walking and ‘with a smile’ leaving the match against Ghana last night.
The Egyptian star was forced off with an early hamstring injury during the entertaining 2-2 draw in the AFCON.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is said to have been keeping a nervous eye on the situation as his team sit just two points ahead of Manchester City and Aston Villa at the top of the Premier League.
Salah grabbed the back of his left leg after a fast run and lay on his back while he was treated.
But it appears the 31-year-old may not have as serious an injury as we think after he walked out of the stadium smiling.

Egypt coach Rui Vitoria said he had no concrete update on the extent of Salah’s injury after the match. The winger needs further assessment.
He said: ‘We don’t know yet what the problem is. I hope it’s not a big problem.
‘It was difficult timing for us because we could only make two substitutions in the second half. I don’t think it’s dangerous, but let’s see.’
After a draw in their opening match, Egypt are second in Group A ahead of their final match against group leaders Cape Verde, who play Mozambique on Friday.
