But Suede said quitting was “the best thing she could have ever done,” as followers rushed to praise her for moving on with her life.

In the clip, which has been viewed more than two million times, Suede sits in her room wearing a white bra as she talks to the camera about her struggles.
She begins, “I’m officially two months sober from smoking. Let’s talk about it.’
The YouTuber continued, “I’ve smoked every day for the past nine years and I haven’t taken a break. I finally noticed.
“The hardest part was the first week. I got cold sweats, vomited, couldn’t sleep – it was seriously the worst. I don’t really wish that feeling on anyone.
‘I never drink. I find it disgusting. I’ve just never been a fan of it, so when I went out I just smoke…
And for a long time I never thought I had a problem with it until I realized how much money I was spending.
“I went through a pound every three months — and if you smoke weed, you know how expensive that is.”
As of January 2023, a pound of cannabis reportedly cost $1,298, according to Statisticalbut the price has fluctuated in recent years.
This means that Suede spends more than $5,100 a year on marijuana.
The influencer continued, “Now we’re getting into the changes I’ve felt over the past two months when I was sober. Like I said, the first week was absolutely miserable, but once you get over the first week it gets easier and easier.
“I feel so much more confident. I feel like I’m actually on the same wavelength as everyone in the universe, which is a really weird feeling.
“I can actually leave my house now without anxiety attacks… Overall I feel so much more energized, I feel so much more inspired to create content – I always felt like I never wanted to film when I was high, and actually I was high all the time.’
