“I like feeling more beautiful – I always try to keep my self-esteem up,” she said.
‘This is the secret to a better life. So if I can invest in (my beauty), I don’t save.
“With all the surgeries, I’ve already spent about $300,000 and I’m definitely going to spend more.”
Janaina claims to have undergone liposuction and high-definition liposuction, two nose jobs, breast jobs, buttock bioplasty (also known as a Brazilian butt lift or BBL), facial bioplasty (fillers) and had a rib bone removed.
“Traditional liposuction is a surgical procedure designed to remove deposits of stubborn fat to improve the size of a specific area, such as the stomach, hips or thighs,” said the American Association of Plastic Surgeons.
‘Typically, traditional liposuction removes fat evenly over the treatment area, for a sleek appearance.
‘High-definition liposuction uses techniques similar to traditional liposuction.
‘High-definition liposuction, however, involves the surgeon approaching the fat removal process differently than traditional techniques, precisely shaping the treatment area to improve contours and muscle definition.’
Janaina has also undergone non-invasive procedures.
“We must take advantage of what medicine has to offer,” the model said.
‘Choosing surgery is a strategy because I cannot dedicate myself to a diet.
‘I have tried different diets and found that some helped straight away, but for me there is no benefit.

“I think the scalpel solves everything easier – the diet requires us to adapt to a new lifestyle and I am not willing to do that,” she said
‘They are very disciplined and it is difficult to fit them into the routine.

Janaina also has weekly appointments with a psychologist to maintain her mental health.
‘I think it is essential to go to therapy. It is an incredible and effective methodology,” she shared.
‘The most important thing is that we have care and love for ourselves and not be so critical.
