Fashion designer Christian Siriano, who considered Ruehlemann his muse, shared a touching post on Instagram on Sunday.
The post was a series of photos from Ruehlemann’s modeling moments, as well as some of Siriano and Ruehlemann together.
“I’ve never posted anything like this, but losing a friend who was such a beautiful soul is really hard,” Siriano wrote in the post. “This is for Jeremy, the most beautiful man who gave so much love to everyone he met no matter what.”
He wrote that Ruehlemann ‘was one of my muses and always will be. He inspired me and I will love him forever.’

Ruehlemann’s latest post on Instagram it was a behind-the-scenes image of what appeared to be a Tommy Hilfiger-branded photo shoot, captioned “Bts with Tommy.”
Tributes to the model, including that of Siriano, reached social networks.
“I am sending all my love to his family and friends who lost someone so special. I know we will meet again one day, but now I just want to hug him, ”Siriano wrote in his post. ‘Rest well J we all love you so much! Send love to your family today please.

Celebrity makeup artist Hung Vanngo mourned Ruehlemann’s death on Instagram, writing that he was heartbroken by the news.
“He had a huge impact on everyone he met,” he wrote. “In this industry you meet a lot of people, but he was one of those people that even if you met him once, he would have a piece of your heart forever.” My team and I love and value the time we spend working with him. A true friend, you will be loved and remembered forever. RIP Jeremy.
Halston’s creative director, Ken Downing, wrote: ‘Goodbye sweet Jeremy. RIP Jeremy Ruehlemann. He loves your family that you adored, just as much as they love and adored you. I’m heartbroken.’
