A model has revealed how she lost 10 pounds in 'one month' by eating pasta every day – adding that the hearty dish even reduced her stress levels.

Anastasiia Lebedeva22, is an influencer who regularly posts about her lavish lifestyle to her more than 273,000 TikTok followers.

Recently, the New York-based content creator took to the video sharing platform and shared how she discovered a way to “hack the system” and eat “pasta, pizza, cookies and ice cream” while shedding pounds.

In a viral video, which has been viewed more than 138,000 times to date, she shared a photo of herself before and after losing weight.

At the start of the clip she said: 'I lost five kilos this month by eating pasta every day.'

She then showed viewers a photo of herself in October, followed by a photo of her toned body in November.

“I've been told all my life that carbs are bad and that they make you fat, which led me to limit pasta, pizza, cookies, ice cream and everything I love,” she said.

'I developed an eating disorder because of this, because I'm such a perfectionist. I have been eating too many of these foods and these foods would make me gain weight.”

Anastasiia noted that she decided to “hack the system” by eating the foods that made her gain weight every day, hoping that her brain would no longer consider them “bad.”

She added, “Instead of limiting those foods, I started eating them every day so my brain would finally cool down and say, 'Okay, we can have it every day.'”

Because the model fed her cravings every day, she said it stopped her from overeating.

Anastasiia noted that she decided to “hack the system” by eating the foods that made her gain weight every day, hoping that her brain would no longer consider them “bad.”

'I just eat exactly as much as I want and I don't feel like eating it anymore, like I don't have to eat the whole pot I cooked.

“I eat pasta and use those wonderful carbs for my workouts and somehow I started losing weight so much faster.”

At the end of the clip, Anastasiia explained that food was not the cause of weight gain, adding that it's all about moderation.

“It's not the food that's to blame, it's the quantity of those products,” she said.

Anastasiia captioned the clip: “No, I'm not just bloated in the first photo. Yes, I will continue to eat what I love and continue to lose weight. Healing isn't easy, but I'm getting better every month.”
