Moses, 28, is selling his home in Ryde after scaling up to a larger property in nearby Hunters Hill, according to Real Estate.
The rifle halfback – who played his 200th NRL match earlier this year – bought his Rye home for $2.8 million in 2021 and hopes to raise $3 million after transforming the house.
He added “high-end renovations” and has now put the property up for auction on Aug. 19 through agencies Ella Elias and BresicWhitney, with a target price of $2.95 million.
Moses purchased the property from Rye – known as Karoola – after making his NSW debut two years ago, replacing the injured Nathan Cleary.
