Mission: Impossible star is left speechless by Sunrise presenter Matt Shirvington’s bizarre talent – after Tom Cruise was mesmerized by the ex-Olympian’s sprinting ability

Matt Shirvington shocked actor Hayler Atwell on Wednesday with his mind-blowing ability to sound like a cricket.

The Sunrise host, 44, left the Mission: Impossible star, 41, speechless during an interview as they bonded over their unique vocal talents.

In an astonishing clip, the breakfast show host asked the Hollywood star to teach him her ventriloquist trick before belting out his own creepy cricket sound.

“I promised myself I’d ask you this, I’m a proponent of sound effects. As a kid, that was all I really did. Cricket,’ he said before imitating a cricket’s stridulation.

The incredible resemblance shook Hayley into stunned silence.

Her jaw dropped when Matt continued, “I know there’s a little voice inside you, can you please teach me how to do that?”

He was referring to the Marvel star’s bizarre ability to puff up her cheeks and make it sound like there’s a little person in her mouth.

Hayley isn’t the only Mission: Impossible star to be amazed by Matt’s many talents, as Tom Cruise was mesmerized by his sprinting ability on Monday.
