The mother of one of Emily’s classmates, Tigre Michelle, told DailyMail.com on Thursday that an anonymous police source told her Ross was released from Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Center late last month. He had been arrested on charges of aggravated assault and theft of a firearm, according to Michelle.
