Miriam Margoyles and Stephen Merchant were moved to tears during the Gogglebox Stand Up To Cancer special episode on Friday.

The celebrities were all devastated after seeing a heartbreaking video of the father-of-two who tragically died from cancer.

During the special episode, the celebrities heard about father-of-two Glen, who discovered he had stage four cancer after being in a cycling accident.

Glen explained that after being taken to hospital, he had several tests and scans, during which doctors discovered colon cancer that had begun to spread to his liver.

The brave man revealed his cancer had spread to his blood and could appear anywhere in his body, and he had been told it was terminal.

He revealed that he and his mother had found the perfect spot: a cemetery near his children’s school, so they could go there whenever they wanted, even if they were walking home.
