Miranda Kerr sells her Malibu home of 10 years for $4.1 million after moving into $180 million compound with husband Evan Spiegel
After ten years, Miranda Kerr is saying goodbye to her Malibu hometown.
The Australian model, 41, has sold her six-bedroom, six-bathroom home for $4.115 million, according to TMZafter the property was put on the market in February for just under $4.5 million.
Built in 1960, the 345 m² house is located just steps from the beach and features a swimming pool, spa, guest house and a terrace with stunning ocean views.
Other details include a hand-carved Balinese door and classic Malibu design features such as high ceilings and walls of glass, as well as a large built-in granite fireplace.
The living room is open plan and has built-in bookshelves and there is also an adjoining terrace, ideal for al fresco dining.

Kerr bought the home in 2014 for $2.2 million following her divorce from Orlando Bloom, to whom she was married from 2010 to 2013.
The pool and jacuzzi are connected to a guest house with elegant arched windows, a small kitchenette and a bathroom.
During the renovation, Miranda added a bath and shower to the master bedroom.
Shawshank Redemption star James Whitmore owned the home until his death in 2009.
Kerr bought the home in 2014 for $2.2 million after divorcing Orlando Bloom, to whom she was married from 2010 to 2013.
The couple have a 13-year-old son together, Flynn Christopher.
The sale of the property comes after Kerr and her husband Evan Spiegel moved their family into a $180 million complex.
Spiegel, 34, also listed one of his Brentwood homes for $20 million and another home in the same neighborhood for $12 million
Kerr married the co-founder and CEO of Snap Inc. in 2017 and they have sons together: Hart, 6, Myles, 4, and 4-month-old Pierre.
The couple welcomed their youngest in February, shortly after Kerr put the Malibu home up for sale.

Kerr previously revealed that regular date nights and alone time kept their marriage going.
