Minnesota football fanatics are gearing up for their beloved Vikings to take on the Chiefs — with many anxiously waiting to hear if Taylor Swift will show up for the third straight game to support new beau Travis Kelce.
The star has stolen the show in Kelce’s latest outings, fueling heated speculation about whether she’ll make the trip to the Midwest on Sunday night.
Swift’s camp has given little indication of whether she’ll be attending, a fact that hasn’t stopped her legions of fans from flocking to the big game.
The Anderson family, who waited outside the team hotel hoping to catch an early glimpse of Kelce and Mahomes, were at Arrowhead Stadium when Taylor Swift arrived two weeks ago.
“There was a big buzz,” Dan Anderson, 40, said.

Some Chiefs fans, including the Anderson family, lined up outside KC’s hotel to see Swift
“We were right under Mahomes’ suite … a lot of people weren’t really watching the game, they were just watching what she was doing.
“I think (the relationship) is just fun, I guess I don’t follow it as closely as my wife does now.”
“It’s going to be fun to see where it goes and how many games she goes to,” Chelsea Anderson, 40, added, saying she hoped the romance was ‘true love’.
“The town is so excited about it, everybody talks about it all the time when you bring the Chiefs up.”
She said the moment Taylor Swift arrived in Arrowhead was ‘really exciting’, adding that once rumors spread she was in the building ‘everyone was trying to find her’.
The family, with sons Eli and Owen, drove from Leawood, Kansas, as a special 11th birthday present for Owen — who predicted a big Chiefs win and Kelce touchdown.
While some locals have reacted with frustration at Swift’s rise as a football icon in recent weeks, Minnesota businesses have been more than happy to have the circus come to town.
By CakeWalka bakery in Northfield about 45 minutes from the stadium, new football shirt cookies were flying off the shelf so fast that business sold out in just a day.
Swift’s whirlwind romance with Kelce took the world of sports by storm
Even in Minnesota, Swifties can find baked goods celebrating the visiting team’s tight end
“I’m a big Vikings fan, but I had to do it for the Swifties,” owner Teara Myers told DailyMail.com.
She said a social media post showing the parody cookies quickly garnered tens of thousands of clicks, a surge in business she attributes to the mania over Swift’s latest romance.
“I was shocked!” she said, adding that she ‘didn’t realize how it would go over’ until customers took them ‘all in good fun.’
“I hope we don’t have to bake a breakup cookie,” she added.
The bitter football rivalry was also set aside at Hanisch, a coffee shop that joked about a new nickname seemingly coined for the Kansas City team after Kelce’s swing — with baked goods for fans they called the ‘KC Swifties.’
“Hanisch Bakery and Coffee Shop welcomes all sports fans to Red Wing this weekend, even the new fans of the recently renamed Kansas City Swifties team,” manager Bill Hanisch told DailyMail.com.
“It’s great to see Taylor really helping a struggling fan base and shining a bright light on the Kansas City community! Go Taylor’s boyfriend!’
