In the beginning the cave will be empty except Ore deposits, bright flowering seeds and clear cap mushrooms. Steal yourself, because one is coming lot by Terrible ones to fight in this cave before reaching Minetak Shrine. But also soothe yourself with the knowledge that the shrine contains no puzzle; fighting Horriblins and walking through the cave are enough to earn you a blessing from Rauru.

The cave’s corridors are a bit winding and circuitous, but the area isn’t that big, and collecting all the cave’s resources along the way can help you avoid running in circles and getting lost. At the first fork in the cave we turned left and came across a Blue Horriblin hanging from the ceiling. (By the way, if you instead turn right at this fork and then turn left, you’ll find this cave’s Bubbulfrog.)

After you get past the first Blue Horriblin, the cave opens slightly into an area with another Blue Horriblin and a Silver Horriblin. If you beat them you will unlock one treasury on a wooden platform; use Ascend to get there and get the Soldier’s Claymore stick.

Enter the next cave where you’ll find two more Blue Horriblins and a Silver Horriblin, as well as one more chest (on a wooden platform) which is unlocked once you defeat these three enemies. This second chest contains a The spear of the forest dweller.

Step off that wooden platform and turn right; this corridor is almost completely dark, so fire off a few brightly blooming seeds for visibility. You come one Fire Chuchu en route; fire an arrow at it from a safe distance and collect the red chuchu jelly. Keep left at the fork and you’ll find one Fire like and some more ore deposits.

Turn around and take the other fork and you will see Minetak Shrine on your right. You made it!
