Millionaire twin brother realtors gang-raped woman in Hamptons castle and violated 18-year-old girl after drugging her at club, lawsuits claim

Millionaire twin brothers raped a woman at a Hamptons castle and drugged and raped an 18-year-old, court documents reveal.

Real estate agent Oren Alexander and his twin brother Alon have been accused of attacking two women in separate attacks in 2010 and 2012.

The victims say the brothers took turns raping them, causing “physical injuries, severe psychological trauma and emotional wounds.”

One of the complaints, filed just as a New York state law that would eliminate the civil statute of limitations for sexual assault lawsuits was set to expire, alleged that the brothers had “engaged in a similar pattern of schemes.”

A lawyer for the brothers told The Real Deal that the allegations were false and called the filing a “total shakedown.”

Both women are represented by Torgan Cooper and Aaron and filed their separate lawsuits on the same day: March 8.

The first victim, Rebecca Mandel, claims she met Oren and Alon in 2009 at a now closed club in New York, SL, when she was 18 years old.

She said she kept seeing the twins at parties and clubs around town.

Then, in September 2010, she said she encountered them at SL and Alon “intentionally drugged plaintiff’s liquor with an unknown substance, resulting in significant damage to her physical and mental being.”

The lawsuit claims they then took Mandel to their apartment and told her there was a party there — which there was not.

It reads: ‘Moments after entering the apartment, [Mandel] was sexually assaulted, assaulted, pinned down, groped, molested, assaulted and fondled by defendants.

‘Alon held the plaintiff down while Oren penetrated her vaginally. Defendants then switched positions and raped repeatedly [Mandel].’

The second victim, Kate Whiteman, claimed she was raped by the two men in 2012 at a “castle” in the Hamptons owned by Ivan Wilzig and known as “Sir Ivan’s Castle.”

Whiteman met the brother in New York in 2008 and repeatedly refused Oren’s requests to go out with him, the complaint said.

It reads: ‘On many occasions, Alon would sometimes pose as his twin brother Oren, in an attempt to assist his brother and call or text the plaintiff on Oren’s behalf.’

During a trip to the Hamptons for Memorial weekend, she says Alon grabbed her as she left a nightclub and forced her into a waiting SUV with Oren.

She said she was driven to Sir Ivan’s Castle, where she was prevented from running by a guard, had her phone taken away and was forced to undress.

They then took her to a master bedroom where she was “sexually assaulted, molested, raped, pinned down, groped, molested, abused and fondled by Defendants Alon and Oren,” according to the complaint.

Ferraro told The Real Deal that they have “strong” evidence that Whiteman’s claims are false and “completely fabricated.”

He said: ‘I fully expect the matter to end after her statement. That’s where the rubber meets the road.” He also called Mandel’s case ‘very bizarre’.

The suspects have until August 19 to respond to both lawsuits.
