Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor has revealed exactly how she dresses for her luxury property viewings – and why comfort is her secret to success.
As she shared her daily routine from her Beverly Hills home Bravo’s Daily Dish This month, the 48-year-old real estate mogul also shared how she transitions her daytime-to-night look.
Tutor, who has been part of Bravo’s hit series Million Dollar Listing since its 10th season in 2017, is famous for selling extravagant homes in Tinseltown worth millions of dollars.
She’s often seen on TV in cute, trendy outfits, but it seems her impressive sense of style extends into her off-screen life as well.

Tutor explained in a new video recorded with Bravo TV that comfort is key as she runs around checking out deals
After Tutor wakes up at 5am to exercise, her workday begins.
In this case, she was on her way to an appointment to view a house in the Hills.
She opted for a lilac-colored, oversized button-up shirt, paired with matching, flowing trousers.
“I want to feel comfortable because I don’t know what I’m getting into,” Tutor said.
“Everything is super flexible,” the mother of two added.
She explained that comfort is very important when you are running around the city to make different appointments.
“I feel like I can go anywhere in this. I feel super comfortable, which is exactly what you want when you go to a viewing. But I also look effortless and maybe a little bit chic.”
To complete her look, she wore a large gold choker and white pointed-toe kitten heels.
The reality star also carried a taupe Hermès Kelly bag, which retails for more than $20,000.

To take the daytime outfit to nighttime, she opted for a menswear-inspired outfit, wearing dark gray flared pants and a black bandeau crop top.
Douglas Elliman’s agent has always been vocal about her bold and unique style, telling People in 2021 that she can be “sexy and smart” at the same time.
“There are people who say, ‘I can’t believe you would wear that to a business meeting.’ I try not to pay attention to it and I tune out that sound,” she told the outlet at the time.
Just a few hours later, Tutor was back home and ready to update her look for the evening.
She stuck with an outfit inspired by menswear: dark gray flared pants and a black bandeau crop top.
The bestselling author of Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word paired the casual-cool ensemble with a small diamond-studded handbag and a diamond necklace with a chunky silver chain.
“I acted a little sexy tonight because I’ve been attending shows all day and I only had 30 minutes to change,” Tutor said.
“I’m going out with my girlfriends,” she added.

And it’s something she doesn’t want to apologize for either.
“I get people who say, ‘I can’t believe you would wear that to a business meeting.’ I try not to pay attention to it and I tune out the sound,” she told the newspaper at the time.
“The truth is, I want women to always do what makes them feel confident, so they walk into a room and go all out.”
