Million dollar baby: The Parramatta star spends money as he prepares to become the next NRL millionaire, but the question remains, which club will he play for?

Parramatta star Mitchell Moses has been flaunting his million-dollar lifestyle on social media, and his upcoming contract will be the biggest of his NRL career.

The 28-year-old remains unsigned beyond next season with the Eels, with several rival clubs including the Bulldogs and Tigers rumored to be pursuing the running back for 2024 and beyond.

Moses took to Instagram on Friday, posing next to a luxury 4×4 inside the Parramatta BMW showroom, then showing off his daughter Aspyn, of more than 90,000 followers, in a new pair of Nike sneakers.

The in-demand number 7 guided Parramatta to this year’s NRL grand final against Penrith, which couldn’t have come at a better time as it began testing the market from 1 November.

As it stands, Moses is the most in-demand player in the competition, and the Eels hope to retain him in the halves with Dylan Brown.

Coach Brad Arthur has reportedly offered Moses a new contract for more than $1 million a season, but the Tigers, who let him go in 2017, are ready to come up with a monster deal for up to $1.4 million a year in agreed.

The rebuilding Bulldogs, with new coach Cameron Ciraldo and football general manager Phil Gould working behind the scenes, also want the Lebanese international as part of their long-term roster at Belmore.

A timid Gould told the daily telegraph “We hope the Bulldogs are a club I would consider,” but it is understood they are desperate to sign Moses to replace Kyle Flanagan, who is out of contract in 2023.

Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe would not confirm or deny any interest in Moses.

“We will not be making any public comments on recruitment or retention, that is an internal matter,” Pascoe said.

Wayne Bennett needs to get a marquee soon, and Moses could be the man, although the Dolphins manager has publicly expressed interest in Eels fifth-eighth and New Zealand international Brown.

Another left field scenario would be Rabbitohs veteran Cody Walker, also without a contract, joining Bennett in Redcliffe.

It would leave South Sydney in a position to lure Moses to Redfern, to play on a backbone with Latrell Mitchell and Damien Cook.
