Millie posted a series of photos of herself, taken around the time of her life-changing decision, to her followers.
She accompanied the images with a lengthy description, sharing the highlights of her alcohol-free journey.
She began: ‘Quitting alcohol is without a doubt the best thing I have done for myself, my mental health and my general well-being.
‘Going alcohol-free really started me on a journey of self-discovery. I learned so much about myself, my strengths and weaknesses.
‘This self-awareness has been invaluable and I am more focused on building a life I love.
