Millie Mackintosh set pulses racing on Instagram on Wednesday with a racy topless infrared sauna photo as she shared what she does to improve her mood.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 34, took to the social media platform with a film titled ‘Simple Mood-Boosting Self-Care Ideas’.
A trip to the infrared sauna was one of the ideas, falling under ‘make time to date yourself’ and while she was there Millie intently read Atomic Habits by James Clear.
Detoxification is one of the main benefits of the sauna, as it improves circulation, burns calories and promotes pain relief and muscle recovery.
Saunas are also said to improve sleep, improve mood, reduce inflammation and improve the overall appearance of the skin.

‘I have become more aware of the negative thoughts I have about my body. I know we are all different, and that is what makes us all so special, but some days I get caught in a spiral of negative thoughts and comparisons to others.
‘I’m working on it in therapy because I want to be kinder to myself and feel good again.’
She also revealed that she finds her children’s soft and messy play “overstimulating” and admitted that it sends her “into a spiral.”
“I know I don’t care, but I do,” she said.
