Millie spoke to the magazine about her new venture with the fashion label Paolita and also touched on the trip in her own style.

Explaining how motherhood impacted this, she told OK!: ‘I definitely felt a loss of identity after having children.

‘The best advice I can give you is don’t feel pressured to follow the trends, because they won’t last. For me personally, color is like therapy. It makes me feel good and I love transformative clothing therapy.’

Giving birth to eldest daughter Sienna during lockdown caused Millie to spiral into postpartum depression, and now she shares that the loss of identity came with it.

Previously admitting that the birth was “daunting”, Millie was also forced to give birth alone, without her husband Hugo by her side, due to pandemic restrictions.

Millie also touched on her recent lifestyle review, in which she gave up alcohol, sharing, “I’m seven months alcohol free and I’m really focusing on my gut health.”

‘After having children, I kept getting sick. I’d get knocked down by something, recover for a week, and then get knocked down by something else.

After a ‘breakthrough’ in therapy, Millie made a connection between her mental health and drinking last year, and decided to quit the latter.

Sharing the decision via Instagram when she was three months sober, the TV personality explained that she has been “feeling as good as possible” since calling it quits.

She explained: ‘I had a breakthrough in therapy and decided to stop drinking alcohol, I didn’t want to admit it but it’s a huge trigger for my anxiety.

“It has an instant negative effect on my mental health and right now I’m focused on feeling my best, finding happiness in my life and not trying to escape it,” she wrote.

Continuing: “It’s been 12 weeks now and I’m enjoying a sober life, no loss of ‘anxiety’, feeling more energized, my skin looking great and sleeping so much better.”

Millie went on to detail that she might drink again in the future, before asking if any of her followers have done the same.

‘Now, I’m not saying I’ll never drink alcohol again, I’m just saying right now, I’m not and I want to keep going. Has anyone else given up alcohol? How are you finding it? I would love to hear from more curious and sober people.
