Millie posted a series of photos of herself, taken around the time of her life-changing decision, to her 1.3 million followers.

The Quality Street heiress accompanied the images with a lengthy description, sharing the highlights of her alcohol-free journey.

This comes after Millie celebrated one year without alcohol in August and, like Thursday, posted a carousel of photos and detailed her journey so far.

Millie decided to get sober two months after her 33rd birthday after realizing her “anxiety level was very high.”

She said: ‘It was a decision I made because I wanted to improve my mental health, and in particular my anxiety levels, which were very high, especially after the second baby came out of lockdown.

‘So I stopped drinking in August and honestly it has had so many positive changes.

‘Yes, it was difficult at first. I found it difficult socially and at social events, because it is a habit if you are used to having a drink. So it felt a little weird and awkward, but by month three I was past that.

“And honestly, the benefits just outweigh all of that and it makes it so worth it and I feel better every day.”

In August, Millie said: ‘I had a breakthrough in therapy and decided to stop drinking alcohol. I didn’t want to admit it, but it’s a huge trigger for my anxiety.’

Millie shot to fame on the very first series of Made In Chelsea in 2011.

She immediately had a relationship with Hugo, with Hugo being torn between Millie and Rosie Fortescue.

Hugo chooses Millie, but they soon break up when it is revealed that Hugo slept with Rosie. They reunited in 2016, got engaged in 2017 and married in 2018, before having Sienna in 2020 and Aurelia in 2021.

Millie was married to rapper Professor Green from 2013 to 2016.
