Millie Mackintosh admits she has had lip fillers for the first time

Millie Mackintosh has admitted getting lip fillers for the first time, as she first spoke about having ‘injectables’ in an Instagram Q&A.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 33, said he wanted to be “totally transparent” and revealed he has work “every couple of months”.

Millie detailed how she gets the lip fillers “to even out an imbalance as her upper lip is thinner than her lower lip,” but did not reveal the other treatments she’s had.

Speaking to his 1.2 million followers, he said: “I haven’t admitted to this before, but I have a couple of adjustments.”

“Just to be totally transparent, I’m not going to say what exactly they are, but yeah, since I hit 30 I’ve been getting a few injectables every other month.”

Along with a stunning selfie showing off her plump pout, Millie added: “Last time I saw @doctor.bibi for lip filler was over a year ago.

‘Her work is very natural and I really trust her. He only used a small amount to balance out an imbalance since my upper lip is thinner than my bottom.

This is a really personal choice and I am not suggesting that anyone else needs or should wear fillers to feel good about themselves.

‘If you decide to do it, I think it’s really important that you do your research and don’t take the decision lightly. I get asked about it every time I do a Q&A and I wanted to be transparent.

The reality star also attributed her amazing skin to “not drinking and changing the way she eats.”

Millie revealed that she also “cut out refined sugars, dairy and gluten” and noticed a huge difference.

Speaking to the camera, the beauty styled her long locks straight and kept it casual in a white ruched long-sleeved top.

She said: ‘I’m getting so many lovely comments on my skin, thank you. First of all, I would say that quitting drinking and changing the way you eat has made a huge difference.

“I also have regular skin facials and have a really great skin care routine.”

It comes after Millie addressed the possibility of having more children, noting that if she did, it wouldn’t be “any time soon.”

Millie is married to former Made In Chelsea star Hugo Taylor and the couple have two daughters, Sienna, two, and Aurelia, 16 months.

She told her followers: ‘I think it’s highly unlikely. If I do it won’t be soon! I love having two girls and worry about being too stretched out with one more in the mix.

The Q&A session comes after Millie underwent laser tattoo removal to treat three inks and gave her followers an insight into the process.

The reality star could be seen sporting reflective sunglasses as she took a seat at the clinic, NAAMA Studios in London.

Sharing a clip to her Instagram Story, Millie explained that it “felt like a little nettle sting” as the technician removed a butterfly on her lower back, three stars from her shoulder and another tattoo.

Speaking to the camera, he detailed: “Okay, so it’s like a little sting, I can feel the sensation of cold air, which is uncomfortable.”

‘Then I can feel the tingle through it, like a stinging nettle. But it goes away very quickly.

Millie later added: “Because my tattoos are small, it was possible to treat all three areas in one session.”

‘It was no more painful than laser hair removal and I can return for my next session in two weeks. I will keep you informed about the results.
