This is the first time one of Cyrus’ songs has debuted at the top of BH100.

The single is reportedly about how she’s doing after her divorce from 33-year-old Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, as there are several references to them in the song. It was also released on her birthday, January 13.

Last week, the star dropped the racy music video for her new single Flowers.

The pop song’s lyrics allude to her failed relationship with the actor, including a double entendre about Miley watching their marriage and the Malibu home they once shared ‘burn’ to the ground.

“We were right / until we were right / we built a house and watched it burn,” he sings.

In November 2018, her home was completely destroyed as a result of the devastating Woolsey fire. They got married a month later, but split after less than a year in August 2019.

The couple dated on and off for nearly a decade after meeting on the set of their movie, The Last Song (2010), when Miley was 17 and Liam was 19.

But now, Miley is the symbol of self-love as she screams, “I can buy myself flowers / Write my name in the sand / Talk to myself for hours / See things you don’t understand.”

The video opens with footage of the Los Angeles skyline at dusk before the camera pans to Cyrus in a shimmering gold hooded gown with a sexy cutout to the midriff.

Her bleached blonde hair is barely visible and designer shades hide her doe eyes during her confident strut.

Going from somber to upbeat, Miley removes the hood of her dress and ties up her hair as she runs through Los Angeles’ Runyon Canyon in a pair of sky-high heels for the rest of the chorus.

She continues: ‘I can take myself dancing / I can hold my own hand / Yes, I can love myself better than / Yes, I can love myself better than you’

Miley walks up a paved path with a spring in her step before the video cuts to footage of the star in the backyard of her sprawling Studio City home.

She removes her designer dress and proceeds to dance on the lawn in black lingerie as the sprinklers spray her.

The Plastic Hearts hitmaker impressively plunges into her resort-style pool and swims to the shallow end.

She then appears with her gym-honed physique sprawled on the edge of the pool, giving viewers a closer look at her lacy black bra and panties.

Miley’s hair is drenched and brushed from her face as she seductively strokes her figure for the song’s second verse: ‘Pain my nails, cherry red / Combine the roses you left behind / No remorse, no regret / I forget every word you said.’

The wet-haired beauty decides to go topless under an oversized black jacket paired with matching pants and sandals.

She stoically strolls across marble floors in a hallway before beginning to dance in various rooms of the house, including a living room with a beautiful piano surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows.

The erratic dance continues as night falls and the backyard is lit up with a series of blue and purple mood lights.

Having been topless under her jacket, Miley teases the viewers by letting it slowly slide off her shoulders.
