Miles Teller’s $7.5M Pacific Palisades home burnt to the ground in devastating LA fire
Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh Sperry Teller have become the latest celebrities to lose their homes in the devastating fire in Pacific Palisades, California.
The Top Gun star, 37, and his wife are among dozens of high-profile celebrities and a handful of reality TV stars who have been evacuated due to the fast-moving fire.
While many still do not know the fate of their homes, there is confirmation that Teller’s home is in ruins, like so many others in their neighborhood.
The couple purchased the 6,600-square-foot Cape Cod-style villa in April 2023 and it was located between the Palisades Bluffs and Palisades Village.
They paid $7.5 million for the home, which was built in 2015 and had three floors with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The Palisades Fire broke out Tuesday morning amid high winds in a region that has not seen significant rainfall in eight months.

More than 30,000 people have been evacuated, often with only their pets and the shirts on their backs.
Sunset Boulevard in the Palisades was lined with abandoned luxury cars Tuesday as residents abandoned their vehicles to flee on foot.
Blocks of expensive homes were reduced to rubble as the fires moved at a rate of three football field lengths per minute.
A stretch of beachfront homes along the Pacific Coast Highway burned to the ground.
The fire reached the Getty Villa, but museum officials assured the public that all art and artifacts are safe.
The Palisades fire isn’t the only fire raging in Los Angeles. The Eaton fire in the Pasadena area has claimed two lives and caused the evacuation of a senior center.
Jamie Lee Curtis has evacuated her home in the Pacific Palisades and doesn’t know if her house burned down or not.
“My community and possibly my home is on fire,” she wrote on Instagram.

Many celebrities have been affected by the fires.
Ben Affleck was driven away on Tuesday. He has a house nearby, just like his ex Jennifer Garner.
Mandy Moore had to be evacuated from her Pasadena home.
James Woods and Steve Guttenberg said their property in Pacific Palisades was damaged.
Several A-list celebrities live in the area, including Reese Witherspoon, Kate Hudson, Goldie Hawn and Tom Hanks.
Anna Faris lost her $5 million eco-mansion in the Palisades, as did Adam Brody and Leighton Meester.

Spencer Pratt and his wife Heidi Montag tragically lost their home during the massive wildfire that swept through Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
Pratt, 41, was captured in photos watching the fast-moving fire move toward his home, which is in an area with many celebrity estates also at risk of burning.
Sources told TMZ that Spencer and Heidi’s home was completely destroyed after it caught fire on Tuesday.
Fortunately, the couple and their two sons were able to evacuate safely earlier in the day before the flames got too close.
