Mila Kunis is seen for the first time in nearly two MONTHS as she models a Christmas sweater… after being slammed for defending Danny Masterson

Mila Kunis made a rare sighting in Los Angeles on Tuesday after not being seen in public since late October.

The That 70s Show alum, 40, wore a cute Christmas-themed sweater in white, black, red and green.

The jersey had alternating bands of red cars bringing home the Christmas tree and lined up Christmas trees.

She paired the seasonal top with skinny charcoal gray jeans and a crossbody handbag. White sneakers, a loose ponytail and a black face mask completed The Luckiest Girl Alive look.

It's been a rough year for Kunis: The star was dealt a major blow in September when it was learned that she and her husband Ashton Kutcher defended their '70s Show co-star Danny Masterson in character letters to a judge amid his rape trial.

And although the mother of daughter Wyatt Isabelle, nine, and son Dimitri Portwood, seven, was dressed in a holiday sweater, she probably wasn't looking for gifts for her kids.

In 2017, Mila and her husband Ashton Kutcher, 45, instituted a policy of not giving gifts when their children were young because they couldn't keep up with the abundance of gifts from other family members.

'Our tradition is no presents for the children. We are instituting it this year because when the children are (under) one, it doesn't really matter,” Mila said. Entertainment tonight.

'Last year when we celebrated Christmas, Wyatt was two and it was too much. We didn't give her anything; it was the grandparents,” she continued. 'The child no longer appreciates one gift. They don't even know what to expect; they just expect things.”

The wasted gifts forced Mila and Ashton to draw the line with the grandparents.

β€œWe told our parents, 'We beg you – if you have to give her something, choose one gift. Otherwise we'd like to make a charity donation, to the children's hospital or a pet (or) whatever. That's our new tradition,” she explained.

The excursion is a rare public outing for the Black Swan star.

She and her husband have been keeping a low profile since supporting their That 70s Show co-star Masterson, 47.

Masterson is a convicted rapist serving a prison sentence of 30 years to life for raping two women in the early 2000s.

The couple wrote letters of support for Masterson before his conviction and faced major backlash after news of their support broke.

They then apologized for the letter in a video saying they were sorry for the pain they may have caused.

In the aftermath, Ashton resigned from Thorn, the anti-child abuse organization he co-founded.

In October, DailyMail.com reported that Danny is taking steps to ensure his estranged wife Bijou Phillips and their daughter Fianna are 'protected' as he finally faces the 'reality' of spending the rest of his life in prison for raping two women, according to insiders.

He was convicted of the crimes last month, just days before his wife of 12 years filed for divorce on September 18.

The convicted rapist, who was expelled from the Church of Scientology after his conviction, has since agreed to give his ex both legal and physical custody of their nine-year-old daughter.

Now the actor has ensured that “everything is done in the overall interest of their daughter,” according to insiders, who claim he has agreed to spend the rest of his life behind bars.

β€œWhen it comes to Danny and Bijou's divorce, everything is being done for the greater good of their daughter,” a source exclusively told DailyMail.com. “Bijou still has enormous respect for Danny as a father and is happy that they have agreed to give her full custody.”
