Mike Tyson sends chilling warning to Jake Paul after controversial fight was rearranged: ‘Different date, same fate’
Mike Tyson is still promising to knock out Jake Paul when the two finally meet in the ring on November 15.
The former undisputed heavyweight champion was initially scheduled to face Paul, 27, in a controversial fight on July 20, three weeks after his 58th birthday.
However, after suffering a medical emergency on a recent flight from Miami to Los Angeles, ‘Iron’ Mike was forced to withdraw from the summer competition and reschedule his showdown with the YouTuber-turned-fighter for later this year.
Despite his health problems delaying this for just under four months, Tyson remains confident he will win by knockout on the new date in November.
In a chilling video message, boxing legend warned Paul after their fight was officially rescheduled: ‘Different date, same fate. I’m going to knock out Jake Paul.’

Tyson reportedly felt nauseous and dizzy during his recent cross-country flight due to a flare-up of a stomach ulcer, prompting airline staff to ask passengers if there was a doctor on board.
Paramedics later boarded the plane to treat him after it landed in LA.
Sources claimed that the cabin crew “made an announcement 30 minutes before landing asking for a doctor and the message even appeared on everyone’s screen.”
“He was in first class, but we sat in a row near the exit,” an eyewitness added.
“They asked us to stay on the plane and it landed so paramedics could get in. [The stewardess] said something like, “He’s a very important passenger, so we want to make sure he’s okay.” “I knew it was him, but I just said the words ‘Mike Tyson’ and she nodded yes.”
Once the plane landed at LAX, there was another delay of about 25 minutes while paramedics treated Tyson.
Tyson was initially scheduled to face Paul on July 20, but their Netflix fight was moved to November 15 following the boxing legend’s recent health issues.
With many feeling uncomfortable beforehand, the fear for Tyson’s health has raised even more concerns about the fighting icon’s safety heading into the rescheduled date with Paul.
UFC president Dana White has called the bout ‘f****ng ridiculous’ while highlighting the worrying age difference between the two men.
“God, no,” White said when asked if he had anything to do with it.
“If this fight happens, Tyson will be 58 fucking years old. A damn near 60 year old man shouldn’t be fighting a 27 year old man. In all circumstances. Even if it’s Mike Tyson. It’s just ridiculous,” he continued.
