Mike Tyson has proudly supported the West Coast Eagles after receiving a jumper from AFL legend Nic Naitanui ahead of his fight with Jake Paul.
Former Eagles ruckman Nic Nat shared a photo of the heavyweight boxing legend holding the blue and yellow jersey on Wednesday evening as Iron Mike prepared to take on his internet personality rival in July.
“Iron @MikeTyson got his wings today ahead of his fight with @jakepaul,” the former footy star said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The boxing champion isn’t the only high-profile figure to have pledged allegiance to the Eagles; former US President Barack Obama also proudly held the jersey several years ago.
However, their team is not doing so well this season, stuck in 16th place in the 18-team league, with two wins from nine games.

Boxing legend Tyson, 57, will fight YouTuber Jake Paul, 27, later this summer
Tyson’s return to the ring has taken fans by surprise, especially as he faces an opponent in Paul, 27, who is 30 years his junior.
“I love Jake very much, but once he gets in that ring, he has to fight like his life depends on it, because it will,” Tyson said at a news conference in New York on Tuesday.
The pair will face off in a professional heavyweight bout, fought over eight two-minute rounds.
Considered one of the greatest boxers of all time, Iron Mike has shared the ring with Lennox Lewis, Evander Holyfield and Larry Holmes.
Paul’s entry into boxing has not been without controversy, with the divisive internet figure largely competing against novices and retired MMA fighters.
He has faced former UFC champions Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley, and has only one defeat in the ring to his name – against Tyson Fury’s younger brother Tommy in Saudi Arabia.
