Mike Tyson mistakes news of Molly-Mae Hague’s split with Tommy Fury for a story about brother Tyson Fury having a DRUG PROBLEM in bizarre podcast mix-up

Boxing legend Mike Tyson gave a hilarious response when asked about Tommy Fury and Molly Mae Hague’s rift.

Earlier this month, the couple announced the shocking news that they had split, after months of speculation.

In the run-up to his feud with Jake Paul, Tyson was a guest on Logan Paul’s podcast Impaulsive, where he was asked what he thought about the Love Island couple’s split.

“Who the f*** is Molly,” Tyson exclaimed after Paul and co-host Mike Majlak cleared up the confused knockout artist.

“I’m thinking about getting high,” he continued, as laughter erupted on set. “I’m in the drug phase of my life.”

The Love Island couple confirmed their split this week after five years of dating

When the question was first asked, Iron Mike thought it was Tyson Fury wrestling on MDMA.

“I look at Molly — that’s a narcotic,” Tyson said before Majlak explained the extent of the split to the couple’s fans. Tyson, however, continued to walk the path of the lineal heavyweight champion who spiraled into drug use.

“Nobody knows the pain of the heavyweight champion when he’s alone. I saw him fall in the street,” Tyson continued. “We beat ourselves up, we torture ourselves.”

Paul and Majlak stopped Tyson and let him know what they were talking about – confusing him. As a result, Tyson seemed jokingly irritated by the misunderstanding.

Tyson takes on Jake Paul in Netflix’s first live boxing match on November 15 in Arlington, Texas

“They met on Love Island, were together for five years and had a child,” said Paul.

“Are you serious? Stop fucking with me, man,” Tyson shouted.

“No, it’s sad, we’re all very sad,” Paul said sarcastically.

Tyson and Jake were scheduled to fight in July, but the former heavyweight champion was forced to withdraw from the bout due to serious health issues.

The bout has since been rescheduled for November 15 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The card will stream globally on Netflix in the first live boxing event on the platform.
