Mike and Zara Tindall can’t help but smile as they pose arm in arm at Cheltenham Festival

What a smile! Mike Tindall poses for selfies with fans as he joins a beaming Zara Tindall at Cheltenham Festival

They’ve put on beloved displays all week – and today was no different, with Mike and Zara Tindall posing affectionately arm in arm on the final day of the Cheltenham Festival.

Princess Anne’s daughter, 41, and her rugby husband, 44, were all smiles as they stopped for photos on their arrival at the historic racing event.

The pair looked typically classy with mother-of-three Zara opting for a long coat from Laura Green which she paired with a vibrant pink hat from Juliette Botterill.

She completed her simple yet elegant look with a pair of Stuart Weitzman black boots and a dazzling set of Laurence Coste earrings.

Her husband – who couldn’t resist snapping a selfie with some race goers – looked equally sophisticated in a checked suit.

Zara and Mike have had a busy few days at the festival as they enjoyed the St. Patrick’s Day theme yesterday and Ladies’ Day on Wednesday.

The pair, who share a passion for horse racing, are often full of affection for each other, though they’ve been a bit more reserved today than at racing events in recent months.

They left royal fans in hysterics in January during their performance at Australia’s Magic Millions Festival on Australia’s Gold Coast, as they strolled around with friends as they posed for photos, stuck their tongues out and kissed, while making silly faces.

Dating back to the early 1800s, the Cheltenham Festival has unveiled a new ‘inclusive’ dress code this year, which organizers hope will make spectators feel ‘confident and at ease’ during their visit.

But even though dresses, heels and hats are no longer mandatory, glamorous guests have still opted to pull out all the stops for the annual event.

The official dress code for this year’s festival, posted on the event’s website, outlines exactly what racegoers should look for when choosing an outfit.

It reads, “For some, wearing a nice sweatshirt, jeans and clean trainers is what makes them feel confident and at ease.

“For others, they may prefer to turn heads in a tight suit or a glamorous dress and high heels, especially for one of our big race meetings.

‘But whatever your taste, the most important thing when choosing your outfit is, of course, comfort and confidence.

“So wear what feels right for you and makes you feel your best from start to finish, whatever the weather,” the statement concluded.
