Melanie Hamrick, Mick Jagger’s girlfriend, cheekily called the rocker her “source of inspiration” behind her first erotic novel, First Position.
The ballerina appeared on This Morning on Wednesday to plug her new book and made Holly Willoughby blush when she told viewers about the plot.
Melanie, 36, and Mick, 79, started dating in 2014 after meeting at a concert in Tokyo. They have a six-year-old son named Deveraux ‘Devi’ Octavian Basil Jagger.
Introducing the book, host Holly said, “You really get an insight into her [the character’s sexual appetite] there are threesomes, sex in the stalls. This is definitely not me.’
Melanie laughed as she replied, “I told everyone I wish I had more fun as a dancer. When you’ve been in the world that long, you’re on tour. It is loosely based on some truths.’

Meanwhile, host Craig Doyle asked her, “Of course Sir Mick Jagger writes the racer scenes, your partner, the love of your life.”
“I wonder, did he look over your shoulder while you were tapping? How was that?’
Melanie laughed and replied, ‘Oh, he was very helpful. I am so lucky, he really encouraged me to write and get started.
“When I shocked him I did great, it did what it was supposed to do. I think I said about halfway through that when it comes out, go get your own copy.”
Craig then asked about the homage at the beginning of the book. He read, “To my love, thank you for your endless support and inspiration,” before asking if the wink emoji at the end meant Mick had inspired her racy plot.
She replied, “I mean, I think he hopes so.”
Elsewhere in the chat, Melanie talked about their son Deveraux, six, with Holly asking if he could dance given Mick’s iconic moves and Melanie’s ballet background.
Melanie said, “He certainly does, we both learned that when you are young you have no fear and just go for it.

“So I love watching him dance, we both do.” When I try to teach him, he says, “No, I feel it mommy.”
Mick has eight children with five different women. His eldest child, a daughter named Karis, is 52 and was born of a brief relationship with actress and singer Marsha Hunt.
After that, he had a daughter named Jade who is now 51 years old. He had Jade with his ex-wife Bianca, to whom he was married from 1971 to 1978.
The Satisfaction singer has four children with Jerry Hall; two daughters; Elizabeth, 39, and Georgia, 32, and two sons; James, 37, and Gabriel, 25. They married in Bali in 1990 after being together for more than a decade.
Mick and Jerry ended their relationship when it came to light that Mick had been unfaithful with Brazilian model Luciana Gimenez Morad, who gave birth to Jagger’s seventh child, Lucas.
