Michigan transgender Muslim woman loses case against ex who she sued for throwing out jar of her former pair of testicles that she kept in the FRIDGE

A transgender Muslim woman is suing her ex-boyfriend for throwing away her surgically removed testicles, which she left to rot in his refrigerator.

On Wednesday, a district judge in Pontiac, Michigan, dismissed small claims petitions from a couple for former lovers who were fighting each other in the courtroom.

The claims centered around the testicles of Brianna Kingsley, also known as Zahrah Bri-Zee Muharib, who identifies as a Muslim woman.

Kingsley, a transgender woman, has claimed that her ex-boyfriend, William Wojciechowski, “holds possession of my surgically extracted testicles, stored in (a) Mason jar, kept in (the) refrigerator next to the eggs” and demanded their “immediate return of my human remains and damages of $6,500.”

Judge Jeremy Bowie ruled ‘it’s a wash’ after hearing testimony from Kingsley, 40, and Wojciechowski, 37, regarding the testicle drama.

After Kingsley’s initial handwritten filing, Wojciechowski filed a counterclaim, also seeking $6,500 in damages, claiming he was “humiliated” by coverage of the debacle.

Following their breakup, Wojciechowski filed a personal protection order against Kingsley, which Kingsley violated in January 2023.

The violation earned Kingsley a $100 fine and three days in the Oakland County Jail.

“We allow a one-time visit by a sheriff in these situations so that people can go back and retrieve their belongings,” the judge said.

‘Mrs. Kingsley was unable to get the testicles out of the refrigerator at that time… If they were that important to her, she had a chance to take them, and she didn’t.”

Wojciechowski revealed that he threw away the testicles in July because they were rotting in his refrigerator.

“They were rotting in my refrigerator, and it was disgusting. There was food in there that I wanted to eat,” Wojciechowski told the judge.

“She did not keep them in a biohazard container as intended.”

Judge Bowie told Kingsley there was not much he could do to help her now that the testicles had been discarded, and wondered where she had gotten the $6,500 sum from.

“Why I asked you specifically: I can impose a dollar amount if, for example, you’re not at work for $16 an hour,” Bowie said. “But as for the testicles, I can’t really put a number on that.”

‘But the state paid for that; You didn’t do that,” Bowie said. ‘You will not be unjustly enriched.’

Kingsley replied: ‘It was my testicles. We’re talking about my nuts. I wanted them in my fridge, not his. He denied me access to my own body parts. I don’t think that can be quantified. The damage consisted of the loss of these nuts.’

The pair of former lovers met on the Facebook community in April 2020 and moved in together in 2021, living in a Pontiac home purchased by Wojciechowski.

Kingsley revealed that she had placed her surgically removed testicles in a mason jar that she kept in the couple’s fridge, saying: ‘because I deal with trauma with comedy. Shakespeare did it.”
