Michelle Williams was seen for the first time since the birth of her third child when she took a leisurely stroll with husband Thomas Kail and their two-year-old son Hart in New York City on Saturday.

While the 42-year-old Dawson’s Creek alum has yet to reveal any details about her family’s latest addition, the couple welcomed him sometime in the past month when she was last seen visibly pregnant while shopping in mid-September.

Despite becoming parents to two children under two, the happy couple looked relaxed and rested on their walk in the neighborhood as they shared a sweet kiss on the sidewalk.

Their adorable toddler, who they had during the pandemic, ran ahead of them playing with a red toy car.

Williams looked fabulous in an olive green jacket with a brown collar and gold buttons as she carried their baby in a black BabyBjörn carrier.

She accessorized her casual ensemble with black aviator sunglasses, a gold necklace and a pair of leather boots.

Best known for directing the Off-Broadway and Broadway productions of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musicals In the Heights and Hamilton, Kail wore a black windbreaker, green t-shirt, gray sweatpants and sneakers.

A huge rainbow balloon arch was delivered to their home for William’s daughter Matilda’s 17th birthday.

The star shares her first-born child with Heath Ledger, who died tragically in 2008.

In May, Williams announced she was expecting another child during an interview with… Variety.

“As the years go by, you kind of wonder what they do or don’t have in store for you,” she said. ‘It’s exciting to discover that something you always want is there again. That happiness has not escaped me or my family.’

The couple, who married in 2020, welcomed their son Hart into the world the same year.

Speaking about giving birth during the COVID-19 lockdowns, she said having a baby served as “a reminder that life goes on.”

“The world we brought a baby into isn’t the world we thought we’d bring a baby into, but the baby doesn’t know about that. He experiences the undeniable joy of discovery and the happiness of a loving home,” she explains.

Plus, becoming a mother again made her even more “committed” to making “a better world.”

“The most ecstatic moments of life and art are the transcendent ones,” she told the outlet. “Having children is like that. You combine your DNA with someone else to create a new life.”
