Michelle Keegan looks stylish in a bouclé jacket as she talks to crew members while filming Netflix drama Fool Me Once in Manchester

Michelle Keegan was all smiles as she arrived on set in Manchester on Sunday for the last few days of filming her new Netflix drama Fool Me Once.

The actress, 36, braved the wet weather as she wrapped up warmly in a large quilted pastel pink coat as she chatted with crew members ahead of the scene.

She pulled on a white high-necked long-sleeved top and black pants.

Michelle later swapped the large coat for a neat, bouclé black long coat and styled her long dark locks in a neat low ponytail.

The former Coronation Street star walked under an umbrella that a crew member was carrying over her.

She was later seen talking to producers while in a blue vehicle before driving away.

Rumor has it that Michelle has reportedly signed a £1 million deal to star in the Netflix series, which is based on one of Harlan Coben’s books.

In the upcoming show, Michelle will play Maya, a mother who experiences trauma after returning from war.

Seven of Harlan’s hit books have already been adapted into Netflix series, including the psychological thriller The Stranger, which gained huge popularity on the platform.

According to the book’s synopsis, Maya goes through trauma when her husband Joe is brutally murdered.

But two weeks later, she is faced with a mystery when she sees her daughter playing with Joe on her baby monitor.

She stars alongside Richard Armitage, Adeel Akhtar and Dino Fetscher in the show.

Speaking of Michelle’s new role, a TV source told The Sun, “This is a huge role for Michelle.”

“Harlan’s dramas are among the most streamed on Netflix and people are watching all over the world.”

A release date for the series has yet to be confirmed, but it is expected to be available for streaming late this year or early next year.
