Good luck! Michelle Heaton has revealed that she wants to make her sons proud on Dancing On Ice after their battles with alcohol and drug addictions.
‘My bandmate Jessica [Taylor] I did it many years ago and always wanted to do the show, but it’s never been my time.
“Obviously, I’ve suffered from addictions, so even though I’ve always wanted to do the show and my name has been in the hat, the time was never right.
‘I feel really strong and ready. I want to do it because it has always been on my wish list. The show is magical: the costumes and doing something different and out of my box.
‘I’m not a professional dancer, I’m a pop star and an artist, but I’m not professional at anything! I have had to regain some confidence with my recovery and I think the time is right.

She added: ‘When I called my husband and told him I got it, he was so happy, he’s my biggest support. Faith was with me when I got the call and I cried!
Faith said when she was crying she thought it was bad news and I told her I understood and she hugged me and said, “I’m so proud of you mom.”
‘My children are my biggest supports. You will have to tear them out because they will be there every week!

The singer shared some heartbreaking snaps of herself with a bruised face after ‘collapsing into active addiction’, before encouraging her followers to reach out to those who might be hurting to help them turn their lives around.
‘Two years ago this was me… I was admitted to the hospital, not for the first and not for the last time. I had collapsed into an active addiction,” her post began.
‘I left the hospital the next day, went over to the shop without a license and bought more vodka.
‘Does it sound crazy? This! But it was the only way she knew to live. So I thought.
“I swore to my colleagues, family and doctors that I was recovering. I meant it. But my addict mind had a different plan.
Michelle then encouraged her followers to reach out to others who might be hurting.
‘The New Year is a time when we all make goals and resolutions. Why don’t you set out to reach someone like me? she said.
