The fitness guru shielded herself from the sun with a hat as she relaxed on the sand while Axel played nearby.

He showed off his long sideburns and muscular arms in the bathing suit as he stood by the shore.

Axel wore a navy and light blue waterproof vest as he ran across the sand at the beach.

“I wake up with my son every day and he tells me he loves me every day, hugs me, kisses me and calls me mom… I’m his everything and he’s mine.”

Meanwhile, Michelle previously shared her exercise secrets and how to incorporate morning exercises into your routine.

“Working out in the morning means that not only will you feel great all day knowing your workout is done and dusted off, but you’ll also be more relaxed,” Michelle told 9Honey Coach.

The fitness queen went on to suggest an easy way to fit into morning workouts after the alarm goes off.

‘Start small and do one or two days a week of morning exercises. This will help you create a routine and make the process easier. Once you start working out in the morning, you’ll never look back. Consistency is always the key. Don’t give up,’ she said.

Michelle also described her fitness routine as “pretty regular” but that she also changes things up from time to time by adding boxing, tennis, or new classes.
