Michelle Bridges was spotted driving away with the boot of her Range Rover wide open on Friday.
With her mind elsewhere, the fitness guru, 53, completely forgot to close her boot as she sped down a Sydney road with all her personal belongings out in the open.
Luckily, the television personality quickly noticed her mistake and jumped out to close the trunk completely before driving away again.
The former Biggest Loser trainer shared the images on social media and responded very honestly to the blunder on Tuesday.

She also promoted her upcoming health plan called The Menopause Method, which provides 30-minute exercise plans and recipes in an effort to help menopause symptoms.

Despite the embarrassing moment, Michelle looked very glamorous during her day out as she put on full make-up and added a soft wave to her long locks.
