Michael Irvin’s judge orders the Arizona hotel to release any video or other potential evidence related to an alleged incident between the Cowboys legend and a woman, after he sued the Marriott chain and the woman for $100 million.

Michael Irvin may soon have a resolution in his $100 million lawsuit against Marriott International, Inc. and one of its employees, with the hotel conglomerate ordered to produce any and all possible evidence related to an alleged incident between Irvin and an employee.

The beloved Hall of Fame recipient filed the lawsuit against the parent company of Renaissance Hotels and the woman, after she alleged that he made an inappropriate comment to her during the week of Super Bowl LVII, resulting in his dismissal from the NFL Network coverage.

According to a lawsuit filed by the Texas-based McCathern Law Firm, Irvin is the latest victim of “cancel culture” during his stay at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel in Glendale, AZ.

Now, a judge has ordered Marriott to produce recordings, written statements and the names and contact information of those who contacted the NFL to report what they witnessed between Irvin and the staffer.

Irvin’s accuser is listed as ‘Jane Doe’ in the filing, obtained by Dailymail.com.

Renaissance Hotels parent company Marriott has been ordered to release information about an alleged incident involving Michael Irvin at its Phoenix Downtown Hotel.

Irvin has filed a $100 million lawsuit against a woman who claimed the Cowboys legend made an inappropriate comment to her during Super Bowl week at an Arizona hotel.

The NFL Network personality says he is being “cast” with false allegations that threaten his broadcasting career.

“Following a 45-second friendly conversation with the employee in an open lobby that was witnessed by others, multiple witnesses provided statements verifying that Michael was a gentleman and conducted himself as seen on television,” read a statement from McCathern.

“He was just being nice to the fans, taking photos and talking to anyone who wanted some of their time.”

Marriott spokespersons did not respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.

After returning to his room after the brief exchange with the woman, Irvin claims that hotel staff woke him up and took him out of the hotel without explanation.

The filing also claims that the hotel refused to listen to eyewitness accounts of the interaction.

In addition, the hotel manager is accused of reporting the incident to the NFL ‘with the intent to damage that relationship and cancel [Irvin].’

Although no formal complaint was filed, the hotel notified the NFL Network about the alleged incident, leading to Irvin’s removal, DailyMail.com has learned.

The Hall of Fame wide receiver worked on the NFL Network on Feb. 6, but hasn’t been seen since.
