Michael Brunelli mourns the loss of Martha Kalifatidis’ massive bust as the MAFS star undergoes explant surgery after ballooning to F-cup bra
Michael Brunelli has said goodbye to one of his greatest loves.
The former Married At First Sight groom captured his fiancée Martha Kalifatidis having her breast implants removed in an emotional video on Tuesday.
In the clip, shared on Instagram, the 33-year-old personal trainer joked that he was “saying goodbye to his two best friends today.”
The video, set to the tune of Celine Dion’s song My Heart Will Go, shows Martha, 35, preparing for the procedure in a hospital gown and mask.
When she left the room, he pretended to grab her breast with his hands and joked that he was in mourning.
“I will never forget you guys,” he joked in the caption of the humorous video.
In the comments, Michael explained to one of the couple’s fans that Martha was on the mend.
“She’s doing great, I’m sure she’ll post all about it soon,” he wrote.

Martha, who had breast augmentation surgery 15 years ago, announced in May that she was one step closer to having her implants removed after a recent visit to her doctor.
The reality star and now Instagram influencer previously gave advice to fans considering undergoing the treatment.
A 20-year-old female follower asked the reality star, “How old were you when you got your implants? I’m 20 and want them but I’m afraid of hate.”
“I was probably your age,” she replied. “My advice is wait until you’re a little older and then make a decision. Never make a decision about surgery if you have any doubts. [or] are uncertain.’
This comes after Martha revealed her breasts had swollen to a bra size F following her pregnancy.
“I’ve been an F cup since having Lucius,” she told her fans, explaining that she struggled to find comfortable underwear and swimwear that would fit her large bust.
Martha previously shared that she switched to a G cup while breastfeeding and wanted her breasts to ‘shrink’ back to their normal size.

Martha gave birth to son Lucius in February 2023 and is open about the challenges of motherhood.
In an honest interview on Instagram, the brunette spoke candidly with her followers about her breastfeeding journey and the downsides of it.
She wrote: ‘I stopped a few weeks ago. I slowly started skipping feedings. He is bottle fed and has started solids.
“He loves food! Let’s hope these G-cup breasts get smaller.”
Martha and Michael met on season six of MAFS in 2019 and got engaged for real in 2021. They had their first child two years later.
