Michael B. Jordan & Tessa Thompson Star in Atlanta Screening of Creed III

Michael B. Jordan and his Creed co-star Tessa Thompson sported matching looks as they hit the red carpet at a screening of Creed III in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday.

The 36-year-old actor looked fashionable in a black T-shirt teamed with oversized black pants, a Prada windbreaker and chunky black boots.

Jordan, who plays boxer Adonis ‘Donnie’ Creed in the upcoming sports drama, which is a sequel to Creed II, outfitted with two gold chains.

Meanwhile, Tessa, who plays Bianca Creed, Adonis’s fiancée, wore similar oversized black satin pants, which she paired with a black blazer that featured large floral detailing on the shoulder.

Creed III follows Adonis as he takes on childhood friend and former boxing prodigy Damian ‘Dame’ Anderson, and will be released internationally on March 3, 2023.

Tessa completed her look with black boots and accessorized it with small hoop earrings.

The actress opted for minimal makeup, sporting a hint of matte lipstick on her pout.

The beauty wore her dark hair in long braids that cascaded down her back.

Also in attendance was Jonathan Majors, 33, who looked handsome in a gray double-breasted suit.

Majors, who plays Damian Anderson in the film, also sported a black tie and brown suede shoes.

Michael and Jonathan were also spotted posing with their younger co-star Mila Davis Kent, who plays Michael’s daughter Amara Creed.

Mila showed off her youthful fashion in a black jacket, black pants, and a white T-shirt as she posed with her father on screen.

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey, 56, showed off her hourglass curves in a bodycon black dress with cutouts.

She paired the outfit with sparkly strappy heels and a silver clutch.

Cynthia wore her black locks in bouncy curls and accessorized with silver hoop earrings.

Jesseca Dupart, 41, and his pregnant wife Da Brat, 48, also attended the event, having recently announced the pregnancy.

The ladies, who have been married since last year, matched in green military jackets and green pants.

Jesseca accessorized with a chic black Chanel clutch, Chanel boots, and white hoop earrings.

For the event, she wore her long, lustrous black locks in a high ponytail.

Meanwhile, Da Brat, whose real name is Shawntae Harris-Dupart, was lovingly holding her tummy and wearing comfortable slippers on her feet.

The rapper also sported a headscarf along with statement gold hoop earrings.

Creed III advances the boxing adventures of Adonis Creed, the son of Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers) from the original Rocky franchise, as he faces his toughest challenge yet.

Adonis is reunited with Damian Anderson (Majors), a former childhood friend and boxing prodigy, who returns after a long stint in prison.

Damian tries to prove he deserves his chance in the ring as Adonis risks his entire career against a fighter who has nothing to lose.

Returning from the first two films are Tessa as Bianca, Phylicia Rashad as Mary Anne Creed, Wood Harris as Tony ‘Little Duke’ Burton, Tony Bellew as ‘Pretty’ Ricky Conlan and Florian Munteanu as Viktor Drago.

Directing from a script by Keenan Coogler and Zach Baylin, Michael B. Jordan is projected to earn between $25 million and $34 million in its opening weekend.

The original Creed opened with $29.6 million in 2015, on track for $109.7 million domestically and $173.5 million worldwide, on a budget of $35 million.

The 2018 sequel Creed II opened with $35.5 million on its way to $115.7 million domestically and $214.2 million worldwide, from a budget of $50 million.
