Michael B. Jordan showed off his understated style as he stepped out of Los Angeles in a black tracksuit on Friday.

The 36-year-old filmmaker – who received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last month – wore a hoodie and matching pants, paired with black sunglasses.

The Fruitvale Station actor was meeting up with friends at the members-only San Vicente Bungalows in West Hollywood prior to the weekend.

The old entertainer sported a scruffy beard and carried a messenger bag over his torso.

It comes after he appeared on Time Magazine’s annual list of 100 Most Influential People.

For his cover of the issue, the Marvel hunk wore a black turtleneck as he posed for a close-up.

The Time 100 list is a curated collection of the biggest names in arts and entertainment, politics, science and more.

Michael tops the ‘Artists’ list and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever director Ryan Coogler sang his praises in a thoughtful essay.

In recognition of his achievement, Michael took to Instagram on Thursday to share a photo of his cover and write, “Proud to be included in @time’s 2023 list of the most influential people in the world.”

He then shared Coogler’s comments with his 23 million following.

The Oakland, California native wrote, “With this year’s Creed III, he took on a new role – feature film director – and handled it with aplomb.

“I knew he would. Because directing is a workman’s game. The world sees the press tours, the interviews, and the behind-the-scenes edited footage, but I’m very familiar with the reality.

‘Marathon conversations with actors. Budget meetings when you realize cutting out part of the story is the only way forward.”

The essay continued, “Post-production hours where your own mistakes laugh you out of the picture.

“It’s like climbing a mountain peak through enemy territory with your heart bared. But I knew Mike had it in him.

“For during that quarter century of work nothing has been given to him. Everything was deserved. And I am convinced that his best work is yet to come.’

In an interview with the publication, Michael described stepping behind the camera for the first time as the director of Creed III and his acting process.

“As an actor, you try to find characters that you can relate to and identify with, and you can almost use that as a therapeutic opportunity to work through your own personal shit. character,” he noted.

“You look for those things. And Adonis Creed was that for me. I felt like that was a unique position I was in.

“For me, my expression is through action, through movement. And I try to be present in that moment, and then for me it’s like I’m making something.
