Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra cut a challenging figure on Saturday night despite his team handing in a 3-0 lead over the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals.
The Heat were two-tenths of a second away from a series victory when Derrick White made a buzzing putback to win the Celtics with a 104-103 victory.
It gives the Celtics a chance to become the first team in NBA history to claim the series victory trailing 3-0 and Game 7 to be held in Boston on Monday night.
But Miami will not be intimidated, Spoelstra insisted.
“It’s a seven-game series,” the Heat coach said. “There is nothing better than Game 7s.

But the momentum seems to be with Boston after Saturday night’s incredible late victory
“I don’t know how we’re going to pull this off, but we’re going to get it done.
And that’s what the next 48 hours will be about. Nothing has been easy for our group this season so we just have to do it the hard way. That’s just how it should be.’
Miami’s star player Jimmy Butler had a mixed night, but his three free throws in the last minute seemed to have led his team to the final.
Then, with three seconds left, the Celtics struck and White struck with less than a second left to make Game 7.
“I think we covered a lot of things in that piece,” Spoelstra added. “It’s been a great series.”
The Celtics are 27-9 in Game 7s, winners of their last four — including one in Miami last season and one earlier this season, against Philadelphia in the East Semifinals.
